Meet Jermaine
Jermaine, our Creative Director, has over 9 years of experience using his passion for art as a means of making an impact in his community. By doing so, he has had a hand in creating transformative designs for budding businesses, large government agencies and Fortune 500 companies.
Ribbit was founded on the belief that exceptional design has the power to propel brands closer to their goals. This mantra wouldn’t be possible without Jermaine’s dedication to his craft, which is highlighted in every piece of work he puts forth.
Outside of work, Jermaine is a doting family man, video game connoisseur and newfound collector of vinyl records.

As our Operations Director, you can find Kendyll with her head buried in endless emails, fine prints and all things logistics. In her professional career, Kendyll has taken on dynamic roles that have transformed her into an administrative powerhouse. If ‘ya got a problem, she can solve it!
When Ribbit was founded, Kendyll made a commitment to give each client an experience that they will rave about to the next by ensuring every project is stress-free, beginner friendly and seamless.
Beyond Ribbit, Kendyll is a licensed and practicing esthetician, dedicated mom, and avid foodie.

Our Story
Kendyll and Jermaine Rose met their senior year of high school and have been reaching for the stars ever since. Since 2018, they have had 2 cross-country moves, adopted 3 pets, traveled all over the U.S. and spent over half of a decade building their lives together!
In 2023, a sudden shift in their work lives forced our founders to sink or swim. They knew there was work to be done and clients to be served. Kendyll and Jermaine put their minds together to create a company that provides exceptional client experiences and crafts cohesive brand identities that guide a business’s trajectory. Once the foundation was laid, Ribbit Branding Studio was born.
Throughout this journey, our team has found that Ribbit truly thrives off of human connection. Each client we work with is more than just an acquaintance we will move on from when the work is done - they become a part of the Ribbit family.

Our Why
“Ribbit” is kind of a silly name for a branding agency, isn’t it?
By now, you may have noticed that family, both blood-related and chosen, are one of our core values here at Ribbit. So, it probably won’t come as a surprise to you that even our company name is close to our hearts.
Meet Tami Hollins - A fierce and confident woman, a friend to all, and a passionate mama bear to our Creative Director, Jermaine.
In May of 2022, Tami lost her battle to Leukemia. Her passing shook her community to their core, and left many wondering how they could continue her legacy of unconditional love, coupled with an unwavering joy for life.
When Kendyll and Jermaine were thinking of all of the possibilities for their future branding business, choosing a name was the hardest decision to make. But, after an early morning run for coffee, it came to them - “Ribbit”. They knew they wanted to honor Tami in some way, and she was known for loving frogs, even donning frog tattoos on her arms. There was no question about whether or not this was the right name for their business.
One night shortly after Tami passed, Kendyll and Jermaine found their front door covered with dozens of tiny green frogs, just hangin’ out. What a sign!
Tami played a pivotal role in Jermaine pursuing his creative career path. She frequently told him to find something he loves, and the money will come eventually. Ribbit has become the very embodiment of chasing that unwavering joy that Tami so passionately believed in and encouraged her children to find.
